Course description

Through 24 modules that provide the insights and knowledge that you need, the package covers important areas such as health and safety, food safety and data protection. It includes titles such as Health and Safety at Work, Fire Safety, Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene, The Essentials of Data Protection (GDPR), Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene for Supervisors and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace.
This package includes the Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene for Supervisors course which is designed for those in charge of other staff or supervising others handling food. It is recommended that all food premises have at least one person trained to the Level 3 standard.
